This course is intended to outline the best case processes a Construction Manager or Construction Contract Administrator should understand to provide or support services for projects from the beginning of the construction phase through the closeout of the project.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

• Show relevance of PMIS (FNi Manager) system
• Implement a Quality Management Plan
• Understand the roles and responsibilities of the project team
• Recognize when to prepare for final closeout, difference between Substantial Completion/Final Completion
• Understand the roles in and responsibilities of the claims process
